**7. Legal Rights and Terms
The Renter's legal rights and terms under the state of Oregon shall be observed throughout the lease term. This includes rights pertaining to habitability, privacy, and proper notice for entry or repairs. The Owner shall uphold these rights and abide by the legal obligations set forth by the state of Oregon.
