Just 5 minutes or less to Goddard businesses & PO, schools, Walmart, Dillons, fast food & restaurants, banks, and other amenities. And less than 6 miles to the new St. Theresa hospital. Quick access to Kellogg / US 54 and about 10 miles to Towne West Mall or New Market Square. "

They built a WALMART here in Goddard and they are building more businesses. Its a peaceful and safe environment, great for families or retirees or anyone! Goddard has easy and fast access to the city. "

Property Taxes are a bit on the high side, but since property is so much less expensive anyhow, it's not that much of an impact. Great place to live!!"
