Spectacular 3 bridge view from this traditional upper Kensington split level home in this quiet, safe neighborhood. West facing formal dining and spacious living room provide fabulous sunsets. Plank, White Oak floors throughout most of this home. It's perfect if you're connected to UC Berkeley as its a 10min drive to campus, or any other kind of professional and family needs. A bus to downtown Berkeley picks up at the end of our block too.

The home has updated kitchen appliances, double paned windows, and everything you need to live comfortably. It is furnished, and has a large downstairs bonus area that has a kitchenette and bedroom for guests, in-laws, an office, or just additional family space. Please indicate in your message if you need it unfurnished.

Looking for respectful guests to care for it as your own. Longer term is best but let me know what you have in mind. Ideally we're looking for a July 1 move in date, but flexible end of June if needed.
