About this House

Gorgeous top-to-bottom renovated 3 br 2 bath 1200sf SW Waterfront residence available now!

There is no other residence available for rent as beautiful as this one in DC for quite this amazing price. Top-to-bottom, no expense spared, high quality total renovation just completed! Enormous brand new kitchen with quartz countertops, gorgeous marble backsplash, stainless steel appliances, brand new soft-close white shaker cabinetry, and huge unique breakfast bar, facing both towards the kitchen (company while you cook!) as well as towards the living room, for great views while you dine!

You will love the open flow best of all: the kitchen opens up to very spacious living - dining room which also counts on ample light from the sliding glass doors to the huge balcony. Beautifully recessed lighting and brand-new hardwood-look wide plank grey flooring throughout the 1200 square foot residence.

The primary bedroom boasts a custom walk-in closet, as well as an en suite bath with grey and white marble brand-new shower, LED mirror, wall-mounted toilet with hidden tank, and white marble vanity. Ample second bedroom includes fantastic closet with custom built-ins as well as new lighting, paint, and flooring. Second bathroom has also been completely renovated, with grey and white marble tiling, new vanity, lighting, and sliding glass bathtub door.

The full third bedroom, with windows and closet, can also be used as a home office! All staging is done virtually. Measurements in floorplan are approximate. Note that the unit is on the second floor, not the ground floor. HVAC was recently upgraded too!

Zillow has confirmed to me that they do NOT take renovations into account when they list the Zestimate! Imagine, this place has about $200k of renovations and it's not included in their number; so it does not at all correspond with the value.

You will love living in the Carrollsburg community, especially the well-maintained gardens and excellent outdoor pool in the summer! Building is set back so you will hear the birds and the water fountain instead of street noise. Dry cleaners in the complex.

Convenient living with Waterfront Metro and a huge Safeway at your front door. You'll be right next to the amazing fun of The Wharf and its dozens of restaurants, bars, and lounge areas; Anthem stage; kayaks in the summer; and the Arena Stage.

A hop, skip, and a jump to the Navy Yard's Audi Field, Nationals Park, Winery, restaurants, and water features. This is the best of living at the confluence of two rivers, without the huge price sticker of new construction in the area.

All utilities included in rental price (except internet). Cats ok. No smoking. Garage parking is usually available in the building for an additional $210/month. The building charges a one-time move-in fee. I do accept vouchers.
