In addition to the normal public hunting tags available, this property also qualifies for additional private land owner tags. This ranch is not encumbered in any way. With subdivisions on 2 sides of the ranch, there is a huge potential for tax credits if the buyer had the desire to put the ranch into a conservation easement. Contact agent regarding access.
