This is Colorado GMU # 751 where bull elk tags can be purchased over the counter and buck tags can be acquired through the annual state draw system. In addition to the normal public hunting tags available, this property also qualifies for additional private land owner tags. This ranch is not encumbered in any way. With subdivisions on 2 sides of the ranch, there is a huge potential for tax credits if the buyer had the desire to put the ranch into a conservation easement. Contact agent regarding access.
