About this House

Recently remodeled 2 BR, 2BA home with new siding, new roof, and extra large storage space in unfinished basement. This home has a large backyard and a nice deck for sitting and relaxing!

Located conveniently close to Weaverville, NC just off HWY 25/70, this home is 10 minutes to Weaverville, 20 minutes to Asheville, or 15 minutes to Marshall. Local Schools are North Buncombe Middle and North Buncombe High School.

This unit has well water and private septic system. The entire basement of the house can be used for storage.

Security deposit is $1600 and will be due at signing along with first month rent. The utilities will be responsibility of the tenant.

Tenant will be responsible for all utilities, except for water which is provided by the landlord via a private well.

12 month lease minimum - 24 month lease considered with good rental history.

We do not currently accept Section 8. We do not accept housing vouchers.
