The owners are fully committed to maintaining this property and keeping it in its pristine condition. We are looking for tenants who appreciate all this home has to offer and will take great care of it, as if it were their own.

The home is located is one of Biddeford's nicest neighborhoods. It is close to the park, shopping, turnpike, you name it!

On the main floor-
From the porch, you enter into a gorgeous foyer. To your right is a study/office, to the left is the bright, sunny living room.
At the back of the house is a formal dining room with beautiful built ins. From there is a remodeled galley kitchen that opens up to a built in sitting area.

Second floor-
There are four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with lots of closets and more built ins.
There are two separate staircases to the upstairs.

There is a detached, one car garage.
The yard is really pretty too!

The rent is $2,400 per month plus all utilities. Tenant pays heat (oil), electricity, wifi and cable.
Tenants will be responsible for all snow removal and landscaping.
The oil tank is full and the house is ready to go!
No pets preferred, but one small pet may be negotiable for an additional non-refundable pet deposit.
First and security are required.
This is a non-smoking property!
Great references, clean background and very good/great credit are a must. There is a $35 application fee per adult. We are looking for at least a one year lease, but would prefer an 18 month lease, renewable after this too.
