There's still plenty of warm weather in October and Spring warm ups. There's so much to explore throughout the 3 quietest seasons in Ogunquit. Locals swear it's the best time of year to have Ogunquit to ourselves! Walk Marginal Way, sunset at the beach, head for the mountains, belly up to a sing-along piano bar or dine at one of the many restaurants, cafes, pizzerias or bakeries. This is a great cottage for a long weekend get-away from daily stresses or come for three full seasons and experience Maine at the best times of the year (we think so, anyway)!
A pet may be considered with owner's approval and an additional pet deposit. Must have good manners and responsible owners!
Electric heat is tenant's responsibility. History available. Cable is additional. Choose current package or tailor to suit your needs. Owner pays and tenant reimburses.
Owner shall provide water, septic and snow plowing service.
One bedroom cottage with full-sized bed. Completely furnished including two TVs and linens. Bath has a shower, no full-size tub.
Showings by appointment only. Contact agent.
Security Deposit (one month's rent) due with acceptance of application.
Applicants are required to agree to credit check ($25 per applicant), rental history, contact prior landlords or agency and income verification. Renter's insurance is required. Lease agreement shall be signed by all applicants.
