Whole Foods Towson is 5 minutes away. Easy walk to the community park too. Great schools include Hampton Elementary, Dumbarton Middle and Towson High.
Landscaped yards with front and rear porches to enjoy. Hardwood floors in living rm, stairway to second floor, hall and both bedrooms. The two bathrooms and finished part of the basement have ceramic tile floors. Linoleum flooring in the kitchen. Rear porch deck has a roof with 2 skylights and a nice view of the yard and can be enjoyed even during inclement weather. Lower level has club/family room and a full bath. Washer and dryer new in 2022. There are a total of 5 ceiling fans with some on all 3 levels.

Security deposit is due at lease signing. Cleaning deposit is $400, total deposit is equal to one month's rent
