Room for Rent Red Bank, NJ (Roommate Wanted)

Looking for a reliable, clean, and responsible roommate to sublet a room in a 2-bedroom apartment in Red Bank, NJ for the remainder of the lease term (through November 2025). If we get along well, we can consider continuing with a new lease after that.

About the Room & Apartment:

Rent: $1,125/month + utilities (WiFi and shared expenses split)
Security Deposit: $1,688 (1.5 months' rent)
Room: Approximately 16'x7', unfurnished, with a good-sized closet
Storage: Additional shared hallway closet + shared bathroom closet
Amenities: Large second-floor balcony, renovated bathroom, on-site laundry, spacious living/dining area (room for a desk)
Move-in Date: Mid-March 2025
Lease Term: Sublet through November 2025

Cats are aloud but would need a ESA or service animal documentation to avoid fees by the landlord.

Located in a quiet neighborhood near the historic district, just a 10-minute walk to downtown.

About Me:

I'm 32, a working professional, laid-back, and clean. I value a peaceful and respectful home environment and prefer a roommate with a similar mindset. I enjoy meditation, yoga, reading, cinema, cars (I drive a manual Honda & work at a shop lol), & nature. I have a few houseplants but no pets.

No excessive guests (especially new people you haven't known for at least 6 months)
No parties This is simply a boundary to maintain a safe and calm home. Do what you want elsewhere; just keep the shared space peaceful.

Looking for Someone Who:

Pays rent/bills on time
Cleans up after themselves
No excessive guests
No pets
Proof of income & background check required

Interested?

Send me a message with a little about yourself (age, work schedule, lifestyle) and when you're available to view the place!

This is a sublet in a shared living space until lease term ends in November. We can then choose to remain roommates and continue another lease or not.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Trulia. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources. This description is from March 05, 2025
