I have lived here 30 years the neighborhood is safe, police patrolled and neighbor’s are friendly! The HOA keeps the neighborhood clean and work with the homeowners AND are available at all times, the mgr keeps us informed by. Email and emergency number’s are available 24 hours and calls are returned in a timely fashion! "
