"The name of this neighborhood is Forest Hills South, has well over 100 homes and has been around for30 years. The developers sold the lots and disappeared. There is no maintenance of the undeveloped property or entrances to the subdivision. Most of the homes are very nice and occupied and well kept. We are inside the city limits of Rutherfordton but do not receive much more than trash collection. No sewer, only septic tanks street lights are sparse."
  • Linda O.
