Freshly painted with vinyl plank floor and window air and baseboard heat. This unit has Washer/Dryer hook-up. Big backyard that is shared with the other. Owner cuts the grass. Lease is for 1yr with option to renew after that. Owner will consider a small pet with a non-refundable fee but no restrictive breed allowed. We are available for showing Monday thru Saturday for showings.

No more than 2 people in this rental. Renter is responsible for Electricity and Water/Sewer. The owner takes care of Lawncare.
