Sliding glass door exits the bedroom onto with mountain views. All utilities included (except phone/internet renter must get their own account with Cox Cable). 5 minutes from Sycamore and the 78, but away from the city and in the spacious hills of Vista. Quiet, private, country-living. Outdoor landing area for seating, potted plants and vegetable garden available. Must have good credit score AND verified work experience - via most recent pay stubs. No smoking or drugs allowed in or around property. We are looking for a minimum 1-year lease. We live on very good terms with our neighbors and expect our renters to do the same.
