Yard Maintenance: Tenant is responsible for basic lawn care, including mowing, watering, and upkeep of front and backyard (if applicable).

Parking: Parking permitted in designated areas only (garage/driveway). No parking on lawn.

No Subleasing or Airbnb: Property may not be used for short-term rentals, subleasing, or Airbnb without written landlord approval.

HOA Compliance: Tenant must comply with all HOA rules and regulations.

Application Requirements: No prior evictions, broken leases, or outstanding landlord debt. Credit and background check required. Additional deposit may be required based on application strength.

The neighborhood is lacking grocery stores, restaurants, bars, or any kind of social evening nightlife really. The streets are relatively well kept in the sidewalks are as well. I feel very safe, but it’s nott necessarily a neighborhood where I would go out walking after 9 PM. Neighbors are friendly if you are proactive in speaking with them. It is about the least outgoing, bunch of neighbors I’ve ever had in terms of reaching out."
