3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home with double garage and storage inside garage. Laminate floors in foyer, formal dining area, family room, hall & bedrooms. Eat-In kitchen with tile flooring, stove, refrigerator with ice, dishwasher, disposal and plenty of cabinet space. Separate laundry room with lots of storage. Ceiling fan in family room and all bedrooms. Back patio and fenced back yard. 1 small pet with owners approval only. Must provide current shot records. No agressive breeds due. There is a $350.00 non-refundable pet deposit and pet rent is $20 per month. Total electric. No smoking/vaping allowed inside the house or garage. Tenant will be responsible for the lawn care.

Roommates-this property does allow roommates, but each must qualify separately.
Subletting is not allowed.
