If you have some spare time throughout the week and would like to have cheaper rent in exchange of a few hours of work on a weekly basis, this is the right fit for you. Original monthly rent is over 2,000 a month but with 10 hours of work, will be decreased to 800 a month.
Guest house located on a beautiful & peaceful 40 acre agricultural Ranch that is gated. The property is located on "The Luz Heights" neighborhood just 12 miles off the 15 Freeway and the nearest Grocery Store (15-20 minutes). All utilities included with Central Air Conditioning, full bath, 2 beds and laundry in unit. No pets allowed. You must use off site address for your mail such as a P.O. Box for your mail. The property's capacity is for 2 people. The Guest House has a Fridge, Microwave, Stove, and a nice remodeled kitchen.
Rent is $800 a month in exchange of willing to take up on some responsibilities like monitoring irrigation's systems and general oversight of the entire ranch that will cover 10 hours each week.
We are inclining for someone who can put work into the ranch in exchange for a discounted rent for the following responsibilities:
Monitor and take care of 2 dogs (Feed them in the mornings and evenings)
Monitor water lines daily (30-40 minutes once a day)
Work on occasional projects (Spraying, minor building on small furniture, fixing, setting traps, etc)
Work will be monitored on a weekly assignment sheet to make sure you do not work more than 10 hours a week like agreed.
The ideal tenant(s) would be non- smokers, responsible, respectful & quiet.
Tenants will not be allow to host parties at this property.
