Description
This property is no longer available to rent or to buy. This description is from June 17, 2021
Absolutely gorgeous duplex in a prime location. This designer owned property has been remodeled throughout to create a more open floor plan in its sun filled living areas. Upgrades in the kitchens and baths include contemporary tile floors, fixtures, cabinets, and quartz counter tops as well as lighting and plumbing fixtures. The kitchen floor plan is very versatile to accommodate a washer dryer in each unit or in the detached backyard building. The entire building was recently rewired and electrically upgraded with new panels and sub-panels. The sewer main was replaced in 2017, and re-roofed in 2013. Care has been taken to insure the remodel compliments the original architecture without stripping elements that highlight the character of the building such as original built-in kitchen features and rare refinished mahogany floors. The minimal line renovations allow for personal taste adaptation to 40’s décor, mid century modern, or contemporary. The large front yard has mature planting and space for outdoor living and could be enclosed. Enjoy the lush back yard with built-in benches, mature trees, recently added sod, hardscape patio deck, fire pit area and plenty of room to add an outdoor kitchen. An added benefit is the detached bonus room adjacent to the 2 garages. It is plumbed and has many possibilities including laundry room, guest room, game room, office or transform the structure into an ADU allowing for even more income opportunity. Whether you are looking for strictly income property, a place to live and rent, or a double unit generational family home, this property is a rare find.

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe're still fairly new - my child is going through his second year at the school, so I'll be updating this as I spend more time at the school. Here are some things that I love about the school:The principal, administrative staff, and teachers are extremely supportive given the circumstances/resources they have. The school (PTA especially) makes diversity and inclusion a top priority - I have witnessed this personally as I've briefly served on the PTA. The school is constantly evolving and changing. From my understanding, the dual immersion program at the school is fairly new and every year they are making progress towards better serving their students. The principal and staff know students by name and staff is always present during school start/dismissal. The school has good safety protocol and my child has never experienced any bullying. Some things that can be a little challenging:Communication about events could be a little better, but I do feel is improving. That being said, there are online platforms and announcement bulletins that make the communications process easier.Parent Review2mo ago - Stanford Middle School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy kids love this school, It's a nice place, the teachers are very friendly and it is very easy to communicate with them. The office staff is very friendly, and there is a lot of security and supervision for the students. I love it!Parent Review6mo ago - Wilson High School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageGraduating class of '23, this school has only gone down since i got here in 2019. Wilson does not have enough discipline when it comes to kids wandering campus during class or when it comes to vaping and drug use especially in bathrooms. Instead of punishing the children involved their solution is to lock up multiple bathrooms at the same time restricting access to the students. These "solutions" are all similar in nature when it comes to various problems. The school strongly favors minority groups and the amount of assignments and clubs and months and weeks surrounding "inclusivity" are outrageous. I do not feel represented in this school. This school is highly politically biased and I'll leave it at that. Many kids at this school have horrible attitudes and i feel that the low work ethics of said students brush off on others. I am not saying that all kids are like this, but a very high amount of them are. If I could pick my high school again I would not pick Wilson.Student Review1y ago - Check out schools near 2370 Termino Ave.
