"I purchased an investment property behind this home. I have been working on it for 2 months. I found the neighborhood to be very peaceful and the neighbors very helpful and friendly. Majority of the homes are well kept and landscaped. Most days you don't even know that there are houses near you, due to the quiet neighborhood. I would recommend it."

"Great small town with access to Tallahassee, FL just 45 minutes away and Albany, GA just an hour away. Great place for hunters and fishermen to spend time. Local park with Flint River access is host to several professional bass fishing tournaments each year. "

"A wonderful place to get away from the hussel and bussel of the city. 30 Minutes north of Tallahassee and one of the most beautiful lakes in the Eastern U.S. Everyone around the lake is friendly and always ready to help out should the need arise. Located about 2 miles from the famous "Wingate Lodge". Birth of the "BASS" tournment program. "

"One of only a view lots not requiring a Walkway down to lake. Drive the golf cart right down to dock. Big Water view of Lake Seminole. One of about 8 exclusive Lake front lots on the entore lake. Surrounded by much larger homes ( 3,000 to 11,000sf homes). Nothing like this small area south of North Georgia......."

"This is a very nice neighborhood. It's extremely quiet, I mean, it's rare that you hear anything other than lawmowers and sprinklers. Good neighbors, mix of older and younger residents. Very, very safe. No crime here at all. The area is a circle and is excellent for walking. It's pet friendly, although there is the occasional dog or two roaming at times, but none are vicious. Overall, this is one of the very best neighborhoods in Bainbridge. It's just unreal at how quiet it is. I love it!"
