- The living room is a comfortable space to relax, with a TV and a folding desk for those who need to get work done from home.
- The bedroom features a cozy queen bed and comes with all the linens you'll need during your stay, along with ample -clothing storage in the closet.
- Take advantage of the shared firepit, large connect four game, and cornhole area in the shared yard.
- Your private patio at the front of the home lets you savor the beautiful Virginia weather.

Other things to note
We have the home stocked with a starter kit for your stay including a roll of paper towels, extra trash bags for the kitchen, laundry soap, sponge and dish liquid, dishwasher liquid, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

Supplies required over this amount will be the responsibility of the guests to purchase for their stay. There are several local stores very close to this property including Target and major grocery chains.

Utility: Utility costs (electric, water/sewer) are covered up to $200 per month. Guests are responsible for any additional fees.
