This home provides lots of storage and extra space, double vanity in the primary bedroom, walk-in closets, separate laundry area and dining room. The oven, water and sewer, trash pick up, and lawn maintenance is provided by the landlord.

You can view this home by bringing a photo ID and a $50 cash key deposit to our office Monday-Thursday, 9am-4pm, or Friday, 9am-11am. Rental Applications can be submitted on our website. The application fee is $50 per applicant. Application requirements are detailed in the Rental Application link on our website. A soft credit check is conducted to review credit history, background and prior residences, which does not affect your credit score. No minimum credit score required. Gross monthly income must be at least three times the amount of the rent. Any eviction filings within the past two years will disqualify the Applicant.

Pets may be permitted, but size and breed restrictions may apply. For an approved pet, a $350 pet deposit is required and a monthly pet fee is assessed. The fee varies between $10-$75 per pet per month depending on the age, size and breed of the pet. Renter's insurance is required if tenants have a pet. This is a non-smoking home. No commercial activity may be conducted on this property.

Dog owners are responsible and keep their dogs leashed or in fenced yards. The homes here are well maintained."
