  • Atinuke Amusa
"There are no public transportation and is heavily car reliant. Takes a long time to get to anywhere as there are a lot of one lane roads. "
  • Gg Borges
"Be careful with students going to school on bikes or just walking on the street now all kids use air pods and they don’t hear is very scary for me as a mother "
  • Katrodzayas
"Nice and quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly. School are close enough. Restaurant and stores are close "
  • Gina Rodriguez
"It's boring, Resturants are basic fast food and traffic is becoming terrible with all the new construction "
  • Unspecified
"I have 5 dogs & have no issues whats so ever! Love my area and my neighborhood the peace the quiet the distance from one neighbor to another"
  • Katrodzayas
"I have been here for a couple of months but my friend has been living here since 2014 and it’s very safe "
  • Brianna C.
"Dogs are welcome and there are actual areas for dogs to run around, as long as you clean up after your dog there are no problems"
  • Surella1106
"Animals are welcomed. Most owners are responsible owners but a few ruin it for all. No matter where you are in the world. PLEASE CLEAN UP AND KEEP THEM ON A LEASH. Our neighbors do not keep there dogs on a leash. One tried to attack, showing teeth and very aggressive, while owners said “oh he won’t bite”. These dogs poop and they do not pick up. "
  • Mannieramirez1998
"its small and not confusing to get around in and there's a highschool out back easily accessible and the people are friendly. "
  • Denise H.
"lake eva park is a nice park i frequently go to walking paths swimming a water fun park for the children.playground tennis basketball.excercisegym."
  • Kelilocker
"A lot of vacationers for short term rentals- properties managed by someone else- retired individuals- not a lot of families "
  • Gabriella0101
"A lot of clinics near me hospitals, all different stores beautiful communities safe area to live is growing more And more"
  • Kelilocker
"It’s a golfing community with a ton of vacationers or retired folks. Not real great for new families. Terrible to order takeout- unless you like generic papa johns or Dominos..."
  • Fl2tburt2
"Not many sidewalks however generally clean and safe. Lots of trees and shade. Most neighbors are friendly. 25 years living here."
  • AB
"The neighborhood is safe, friendly and clean however the public zone schools are terrible. If you have children and are able to go the private schooling way then it’s a good area to live "
  • Mahanoor S.
"I live here and is pretty quite and very nice but the traffic has increased over the year a 2018 and for someone that everyday has to take the I4 east is not as pleasant. Otherwise nice area my family and I never had a problem."
  • Jessica R.
"It is a quiet neighborhood. Neighbors seem to be nice and they keep to themselves. How's the little park in the community."
  • Kelilocker
"This is a good place for vacationers who are renting homes to visit Disney (Southern Dunes) but for a young family just starting out? No long term neighbors; retirees own the other few houses that ARE not rented out- the homes are just not big enough for a growing family bigger than 3 people. Haines city has barely any places to order food to get delivered. Not many decent upscale restaurants; anything fun or interesting you need to drive to Orlando or Tampa. Work is scarce; have to go to Orlando or Tampa and commute on I4."
  • Denise H.
"the neighborhood i live in is the downtown district and people do walk thier dogs in this area it perfectly fine and safe."
  • Rene
"No sidewalks or near by areas for a good walk. Large backyards though so there is plenty of space for your dog to exercise."
  • Isabelleringing
"Retired so no commute. Easy drive to most things. Quiet area. Grocery and restaurants close by. Nearby to major attractions"
  • Rlacey0708
"very dog friendly with a dog run area. Neighbors have dogs which are friendly, nonviolent, complacent "
  • L76_torzam
"Kids can walk to and from school. There’s a health department within walking distance and a family dollar store"
