Description

Room for rent in a nice, peaceful neighborhood near downtown Modesto. The room is small and for one person only. The room measures 8 feet across by 10.8 feet long including the closet. Ceiling is 9 feet high. This is a really quiet and safe household. The neighborhood is beautiful and has a cute corner store within walking distance along with a bunch of different bus stops. This is my place and I live here as well. I am 57 years old and have a part-time job along with many different hobbies. Looking for a roommate that is quiet, respectful and has a good vibe. The kitchen use is limited as I don't cook very often either. You will have a private entrance and rent includes all utilities and very high-speed Wi-Fi. Rent will be $625 per month with a $300 security deposit. Rent is due on the first of every month. You must be fully employed with a clean rental history. A background and credit check will be done prior to move-in. If you move in during the month the rent can be prorated. Please call or text if interested.

The room for rent is small and for one person only. I cannot have any other pets here as I already have two cats. Person must be working full-time. If you are interested please call and I can explain or answer any questions you may have. Also, there is plenty of street parking and downtown Modesto is very close. You can walk 15 minutes and you'll be in the middle of downtown. This neighborhood is very close to all Modesto hospitals and the room would be perfect for traveling nurses. Also, since I live here as well I am looking for someone quiet and respectful.

    "This neighborhood is well lit for the most part at night. Everyone keeps their yard maintained. We have families and homeowners of all ages and all are active in walking through the neighborhood, riding bicycles and walking their dogs. Our neighborhood is quiet and without drama. I feel safe walking around at night. The only major complaint I have about the neighborhood I live in now, is that vehicles have a tendency to not realize how fast they going intentionally or not it can be frustrating. All in all I love living here. The elementary school is just a few blocks away for my son to attend and for my daughter to catch the bus. That is another fantastic perk about this neighborhood, the public transportation, MAXX bus is literally just around the corner!! I live within walking distance of two different parks. I am close to the shopping center, pharmacy, retail stores and almost every type and kind of fast food you could imagine."
