The exterior of the residence is surrounded by a large manicured yard, a covered-porch, and a 200-square-foot storage unit. Occupying a corner lot, there is an abundance of on-street parking at the residence.
A one-year lease is required with a monthly rent of $1725.00. Renters will pay monthly utilities--gas and electricity (average monthly cost = $75.00/month), and water (average monthly cost = $30.00/month)--in addition to cable/internet (if desired).
