Puppies under 1 (one) year of age will not be permitted under any circumstances.

No more than 2 pets are allowed per unit.

You pay your own Electric and we bill you for water and sewer.
We do have a parking lot and you will get a parking pass, there is also parking on 9th and on Alabama St.
