    "The dog run is near and there is a great community of dog owners. We have a wonderful park and, by and large, courteous dog owners. "

    "In recent years we are known for high level of pedestrian injuries due to improper bike lane use, police cars parking illegally in the crosswalk making it harder to see the bikes, a terribly deteriorated local park, and bikes, motorbikes and scooters using the sidewalks at great speed, and lots of empty storefronts. It was once a great neighborhood. "
