The day before turning 16 yrs. old and was refused transportation, refused an education, refused peer interaction, refused all the memories of being a teenager and refused a normal teen life all because of the disability. Not a very good special education program at all. If you don't have money, your child suffers all around the board. Knowing what I know now I wouldn't have NEVER enrolled my child here. Don't let the ratings fool you. When your teen walks through the door of Naperville Central High School a dollar value is immediately placed on their heads. Its so sad for the child who suffers from adult discrimination. You yell so loud but it's never heard. 9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOur experience has been very good. I like the school, staff and administrators. They did call for every small issue my child’s first year, but I can say they kept me well informed. I wish the school was a bit more diverse as children have said some insensitive things but, that’s not the schools fault as much as the location. Also parents are very competitive and not so inclusive which does hurt the school, besides those issues I would have given 5 stars. I think they all try their very best to make the school great and I feel my child thrives here.Parent Review5y ago
