"It seems like most people in this area have small dogs and don't seem to properly socialise their dogs. If you've got medium or large dogs, please take heed. "

"We are into our fourth year living in this area. Nothing but great and helpful neighbors, newer houses, wide streets with not too many cars parked outside, well arranged and clean front yards. Quiet and very well lit streets at night (with a new and modern LED street lights). It is so safe, that we have forgotten our garage door from Saturday evening till Sunday noon. The neighbors were too respectful of the property to get in an close it. Nothing was touched or missing. Amazing! The best thing, however, is the weather. Nice and cool bay breeze is keeping the Summer temperatures around 70 F - 80 F. We do not own, pay, or need AC. Winters temperatures are moderate to cool - 40 F - 60 F. In rare cases falling under 40 F. We just love this area and glad we moved here. The city leaders are taking great care of the city and spending on many improvements with visible results."
