Front porch with plenty of room for rocking chairs. Rear deck overlooks one of the largest properties in the neighborhood - approximately 1/3 of an acre. Rear of yard is lightly wooded. Back yard is completely fenced. House and yard are very pet friendly - including a built in doggie door. Automatic sprinkler system. Resort-style Amenity Center features a Junior Olympic-size pool and fitness room along with a club house that includes a kitchen for entertaining. One month security. $50 non refundable application fee includes credit check and employment check. $300 non-refundable pet deposit per pet.
