PETS:
- $339.00 per pet security deposit ($169.50 refundable) and $55.00 pet rent per pet.
- You will be required to fill out an animal profile and will be provided the link after you have submitted your application and paid the fee.
- No resident or residents at any one premises shall at any one time own, harbor, or license more than THREE total animals in any combination
- UP TO THREE PETS will be considered if they meet our pet guidelines.- The pet application fee is $30 for the first pet, $30 for each additional pet, and $0 for assistance animal accommodation requests.
- For puppies & kittens less than 12 months old, there is a non-refundable fee of $100 and a monthly charge of $10/month until the pet reaches 12 months of age in addition to the regular fees.

NO Smoking or Vaping is permitted in or on the property.

    "There are a lot of schools and many are max capacity as they can’t seem to keep up with the growth of the area. Commutes out of town can take a long time, but they are near completion on many new roads and improvements for travel. Overall though you can’t find a more friendly city with MANY free activities and a wonderful sense of community."

    "Liberty Farms in Eagle Mountain is a clean, beautifully maintained, family friendly area where you are close enough to be to walk to Eagle Mountains only resturaunts, grocery store, schools, medical centers and public transportation but you still feel like you get the outdoory wilderness feel. In winter, we even see quite a few deer in our yards. "
