This fully furnished, all utilities included (plus pool maintenance, gardener, streaming services, WIFI, trash disposal service, gas, electric, water), home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a game room, putting green, and an entertainers backyard where most of your time will be spent. The custom patio provides shade to cool off from time spent under the sun playing golf and/or swimming. The front of the home boasts a grand, dual modern gated entrance for ultimate privacy which leads to a stone walkway to the front door where your magical stay will take place. Driveway can fit up to 5 cars.

Palm Springs law states that any unreasonable noise disturbances and disorderly conduct (Municipal Code 5.25.070(f)) and any music audible at or past properly lines even during the day (Municipal Code 5.25.070 (g)) is a violation of the Vacation Rental Ordinance. This will result in a fine of $1,000 to the registered renter.
We care about being outstanding members of the community and abiding by local rules. With that being said, music and loud noises past property lines is not allowed at ANY TIME of the day. The city is very strict on noise levels and if police gets dispatched, they will give a ticket to the registered renter and require their government ID without any warning.

"I do work and live here and have since 2003. It is very quiet with lovely neighbors from all walks of life and ethnic cultures. The air port take some getting used to but I like watching the planes and rarely notice the noise. The military jets were a problem but the city asked them to stop and they did, It is a real plus to be 5 minutes from the airport and be able to walk to the bank, dentist, doctor, drug store, gas station - about the cheapest in town too - and a choice of two grocery stores. The garage is fitted with new glass and stainless steel doors on the front and back which add a 400 square foot area adjacent to the pool for fun afternoon parties."
