The home is pet friendly and has a single car attached garage with a driveway that can fit 1-2 more vehicles. In addition to the ample living space, there is an unfinished basement which offers hundreds of more square feet of storage in order to declutter the main living levels. The basement additionally has a patio walkout space for grilling or lounging. Owner paid HOA covers all yard maintenance.
