The location is on the high ground of the county. It’s 5 minutes to the Dover Air Force Base and about that to Dover Downtown,. Bayhealth Hospital about the same. Both Rt1 and 13 are less than 3 miles away. Caesar Rodney school district is outstanding as is Holy Cross.
It is a calm and nice area that benefits from the large retired military community. We have great neighbors as well. Good roads and walking distance to Moores Lake recreation area. Fishing, Kayaking and picnics are encouraged. Tidbury park is 3 minutes by car and with proper license will yield edible trout. (Stocked
House features natural gas baseboard (allergy friendly) Estar Heat and hot water. Well pump recently upgraded comes out of an 80 foot well that is twice as deep as many. The whole house filter and Rheem high efficiency water softener makes already good water great.The split Ac is estar rated. Master has own unit. Expect Gas and Electric to run about 400 a month. Warm hardwood floors in fair shape. Fireplace in he living room.

Public sewer, trash and yard waste by the county is 108 a quarter.
The kitchen features Amish handmade maple cabinets. It’s an older Reno but in great shape. It features a Dacor pro range, Ge elec wall oven, Stainless Side by side 25 cu. Refrigerator Fisher Paykel Dishdrawer.
All the double hung windows are Pella Low e glass, Estar, tilt in to clean, They go well with the very Low maintenance exterior.
The Roof is New. It has 50 year dimensional shingles. We also put on new gutters with leaf covers for no maintenance. The lot features beautiful mature trees that help protect it.
The enclosed heated back porch leads out to the pastoral fenced backyard. There is a shade garden and of course the low maintenance 27 foot round pool. The kitchen window looks out over the area. There is a 10by 12 shed in fair shape. The pool liner is only a few years old and all the plumbing works fine. It’s a great luxury and has been set up to be low maintenance. Mature plantings and fence offer good privacy.
