A lot of deer that will sometimes get into the roads, but otherwise a beautiful spacious area that you don’t have to be concerned about overcrowded areas or being unsafe walking your dogs or letting your kids out to play. Neighbors are friendly and while spaced out pretty well still usually will know each other by name or wave as you go by etc. "
