A very beautiful house in the most quite part of Eugene. 1 mile to Costco winco, half a mile to Gilham elementary school and 1 mile to Cal young middle school. A very safe neighborhood with neighborhood watch. Bathrooms and showers just remodeled. With heating and air conditioning. Lots of space in the back excellent for families that like to grill and play in the back. Gateway mall in 2 miles a way. Oakway center is 2.5 miles a way. No noice pollution and no traffic whatsoever. Most recent renters stayed for 4 years and are now buying there home. Any maintenance and repairs are prompt!
