This lovely, newly remodeled home features a covered front entry porch which enters into the living room. Everything inside is newly painted, with brand new kitchen and new wood-look plank flooring throughout the home. New mini-blinds on all windows. Central heat and AIR CONDITIONING.

The charming living room features a decorative fireplace surround, coved ceiling, ceiling fan and lots of windows. The two bedrooms have walk-in closets and ceiling fans.

The Jack and Jill bathroom is tucked between the 2 bedrooms, with a door to each bedroom. The bathroom is newly remodeled with a new tub/shower combination and a new vanity sink. There is a built-in linen closet next to the tub.

The brand new kitchen features all new oak cabinetry, a gas stove, over-the-range microwave oven, dual-compartment stainless steel sink with garbage disposal and a dishwasher. Owner can provide refrigerator if requested. There is a small dining area with room for a table and chairs off of the kitchen, with a sliding barn door to the laundry room. Tenants provide their own washer & dryer.

Indoor laundry room has hookups for a washer and dryer and new storage cabinets, with a backdoor to the spacious patio, which spans the width of the house. Large backyard has in-ground sprinklers and a large shade tree.

This home has a long gravel driveway with an attached carport for parking on the east side of the house. There is a second, smaller home on this lot, but it has its own driveway and separate backyard. Each home is metered for separate utilities.
District schools are Mineral King Elementary, Valley Oak Middle School and Golden West High School.

    "Definitely a dog friendly area! Visalia bumps right up to snow dusted mountains & the sequoia national forest. Nature prevails here with orchards everywhere, so fresh produce is always available! The city has a mandate that outlaws air signs (tall gas & fast food signs/billboards/etc), so nothing stands in the way of the natural beauty of the area. Low crime, but very high summer temps (as is expected in the inland valley). People are mostly kind & helpful, neighbors are friendly with each other. We love where we live!"
