7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOffice is very disorganized with registration. It was stated to me that by March 31st was the deadline for registration and my son would be able to attend via inter-district permit. Turning in the permit a day before the deadline, all of the sudden the rules change. Now my son had to be a FLUENT Spanish speaker in order to attend their school to learn SPANISH. I would have never bothered with this school and stuck with the best school district in Orange County instead of wasting my time with this school that's in a very low grade area IF THEY WOULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE AND INSISTED THAT'S ALL THAT I NEEDED. Drive the around the area for yourself and you'll see homeless people lounging around. Now realizing this was a blessing in disguise and dodged a major safety bullet for my son and I.Parent Review3y ago - Redondo Union High School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageBoth of my children have gone to school here. Academically, there are lots of great opportunities. Neither were involved in sports, but I have plenty of friends and acquaintances whose children had wonderful experiences. I was happy to see the teachers are dedicated to academics and not politics or pushing agendas. I know my children are ready for college or for working in the real world because they are well rounded with history, science, math and writing/reading wise.Parent Review3w ago - Check out schools near 2345 190th St #59.

"Many tourists visit the area and therefore kids should be monitored as well as anything that may seem suspicious but in general it’s a very family friendly and safe area. I leave my windows open at night and can easily leave my door open if I take my dog out for a short walk. Schools are great and nothing beats being close to the ocean. :) "
