Monthly rent $1,200. Security deposit $1,250. One year lease required. Water, garbage, sewer and yard care are included in the monthly rent. Tenant is responsible for power, gas, and renters insurance. Landline phone/internet available and would be the Tenant's responsibility. No smoking/vaping on the premises of the property. No pets allowed. Anyone living in the home over 18 years old is required to fill out a rental application. Anyone filling out an application needs to provide their driver's license.     "This is a college town but more families live in this neighborhood. It is a friendly place to live for the most part. Not much crime and everything is close. Lots of walking trails and close to the mountains and close to southern Utah university. Grocery store is also walking distance. "
