"Hope house hosts numerous events to bring residents and neighboring together. There has been several car shows along Jefferson that showcases some of Detroit’s Hot Rods. There’s a new restaurant located on Phillip that caters to the vegan which has drawn quit a tasting crowd. Quit a few homes which were once vacant a year ago have now been renovated and occupied. "

"Detroit Abloom is one the best parts of this neighborhood. The community is fanatic and friendly and there is such a great feel in the area. It has so much character and potential. In the summer, everyone is working on their homes to improve the neighborhood. There is so much focus from the city about this neighborhood and developing it to make it better. I love this neighborhood."
