About this House

Beautiful historic home in the heart of downtown Lancaster. This home has 4x bedrooms, a spacious living area, and a pleasant back-patio/garden. This home has great access to the city and also plenty of street parking. We have loved living here and hope that you do too! The home will be available starting 1 August.

Owner pays for trash. Renter pays for gas, electric and water. We do not allow indoor smoking but will allow you to have small pets. There is plenty of street parking and if you want a private spot there is an opportunity to pay for a spot in an adjacent lot. This home is very little maintenance but we also expect it to be treated with care. We are looking for a 1 year lease minimum. All appliances (to include laundry machine and dryer) included.
