No utilities are included in the rent; the tenant is responsible for setting up and paying all utility bills. The tenant is also responsible for all property upkeep, including regular yard maintenance and clearing snow and ice from the driveway and walkways.

Pet Policy:

Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. All approved pets must be spayed or neutered, and written veterinarian records must be provided prior to move-in. Approved pets require a $500 refundable pet deposit and an additional pet rent fee of $50 per month, per pet.

We have a dog who loves to walk around the neighborhood and we always pass others with dogs. Not everyone picks up poop but there is a ton of doggie stations for bags! Personally we were inspired to get a dog because so many people had one here already and we wanted to join in on the fun! Main Street is pet friendly too and the Katy trail is a great path for dogs.
