  • MM
"Plenty of sidewalks and all dogs are friendly. There are dogs that wander off leash though so if your dogs don’t like others be aware. There is also a large population of cats here."
  • Salmonbrew
"easy regional bus service to Seattle, Boeing, local transit to downtown Everett and Everett airport. nnnnnn"
  • Kymberly D.
"there is a lot of crime, homelessness, and addicts in the area not a safe place to let children play unsupervised even for a second"
  • M
"People walk their dogs but many just let them roam. They are all nice, but if you don’t like dogs.... no better time to get used to them! "
  • Margaret
"I have to drive to work. Traffic on holidays and when schools are closed is great, otherwise traffic is very congested."
  • KrimsonAngel
"people let their dogs use your yard to drop a load and leave it. As in these people walk to specific people's yards that own dogs and wait until they do their business in your yard. "
  • Kymberly D.
"busy streets, careless drivers, non attentive vehicles, little to no yard, most in the area don't clean up after their dogs when walking them, if your property is a convenient shortcut there is no preventing everyone from taking advantage of it at all hours of day and night"
  • Alsuwaid1973
"Interesting !!!! Homes that get people’s attention from anywhere and really nice to know more About the homes in the City! "
  • Baileyksk
"Quiet piece of paradise! Shhh don’t tell anyone šŸ˜„This is a small neighborhood that has been very safe. I think it’s quiet and on a dead end..long street right next to the Snohomish county walking trail. Many people have lived here since the 60’s but new families moving in. Most people keep yards very neat and tidy. Some homes being remodeled, etc. I have seen raccoons 2 years ago, but none recently. So convenient to shopping, Everett Mall, restaurants, Evergreen area, Fred Meyers, but East off Casino. . The Boeing freeway crisscrosses this area but is raised so I really don’t notice the noise which borders Walking trail. Cascade high school is across the way and my daughter loved coming home for lunch. Hope good neighbors continue to move in."
  • Mdgraeber
"I've lived here for 12 years, it's a normal place, not too quiet, not too wild. Close to shopping, highways and schools. Boeing is right down the road and a few parks for the kids."
