New metal roof installed 2022
Inspection of central AC/Heat system and cleaning service given fully functional evaluation Feb 2024 high efficiency rated.
New carpet throughout the house including closets except for the newly tiled areas which include all entry areas.
Newly installed granite counter tops (absolutely beautiful -must see) 2024
New fawcets and sinks 2024
Professionally painted 2024
New installed double wide gated fence allowing for trailer, RV motorhome or boat storage inside secure back or side fenced yard

Your first step in renting this house is meeting me, property manager, at the property- 233 Trish Dr. South Crestview, on Saturday 3rd May any time from 11am till 2pm. All applications from the people that i have met at that time will be considered. I might show the house another day if I have not yet selected a renter at that time. I hope to meet all that have applied on that date.
Up dated information: move-in date available 9 May 2025.

Minimum one year contract. I would prefer 2 year.
UPDATE: move-in date might need to be changed to mid May or later. I will update as we learn more. (This is due to military contractors workload) house showing might still have house-hold items inside.
Open showing is no longer the 1st May. Instead Saturday 3rd May and additional dates if needed, From 11am till 2 pm. Address below.
All applications will be reviewed and considered after we have met. (Too often renters cannot make the move from their location due to a long list of reasons). Military are preferred, however all will be considered. This *will* might- be available on May 14th, however, I can work with the right renter and start renting at a later date. Sorry for the unsure information. Thank you for reading.
I can break up the deposit however the monthly rent is due on the 1st of the begining of each month. penalties added and interest at 5 days late.
Pets are based upon a case by case.
