Nine foot ceilings and two sided gas fireplace round out this floor with its half bath, ceramic tiled laundry room, kitchen with island and nook overlooking backyard, spacious living room with picture window, formal dining room, built in cabinetry with ornate wood trim, and ceramic tile flooring in vaulted ceiling foyer. The second floor is where the four bedrooms and two of the bathrooms are. Bedrooms one and two have views of the backyard. Bedroom two has a walk in closet. Bedroom three has a raised ceiling and large high arch window with a street view. Spacious master bedroom has a 90 sq. ft. walk in closet and its own bathroom with raised ceiling, jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks with his sink in separate toilet area and her sink on a seven foot counter with full width mirror and extra outlets. Large unfinished attic can be accessed from master closet for extra storage. Basement has waterproof laminate flooring throughout main open room which includes pool table and home theater. Third full bathroom is located here as well as a separate room with a guest bed and closet. Under stairs storage area and utility room in basement which walks out to a fenced backyard that leads to a common area/ neighborhood park.

"The elementary school and a gas station are close, that's about it. neighbors aren't very friendly... definitely not the "close knit" community type of area. The quick access to highway 65 is nice though. "
