About this House

This is a newer 3 bedroom/ 2 bath home on a level lot with a one car garage. Back yard is fenced. It is located on Lewis Street which is a quiet street between Old Bethel Rd and Lee Farm Estates.

The home has electric range, dishwasher, refrigerator and a new heat pump for central heat and air. It has a split bedroom design with walk in closet off the master. The living area has a cathedral style ceiling and the kitchen is galley style with a good sized pantry. This is a non-smoking house.

One small animal may be allowed if you have good references. $100 deposit.

Address is 2325 Lewis St. Crestview FL 32536 I'm looking for a responsible tenant with references and a steady income. Income should be app. $3900 or more. Please no evictions. I will email a quick prequalifiying application if you'll contact me by email. I will not arrange a tour of the house until you are prequalified. The house is currently occupied but will be available before July 4.
