7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is disgusting. The teachers + staff do not have a care in the world for you, i see kids vaping in bathrooms, innocent people getting bullied left and right, and you can't go a milasecond without hearing a racial slur. its absolutely disgusting. The deans and principals play favriots as well. I once got in trouble for something that i'd didn't even do and it was actually this kid who was close with the principal that did the crime but of course the brian dead staff chose the kid they were close with. overall, i do not recommend this school at all. even the classes are messed up. it's the same thing as middle school except you walk to your next class alone. Also, did I mention that the gap between bells are two minutes long? My class is in the basement and my next class is on the second floor and they expect me to get up there in two seconds. The school is just absolutely ridiculous. Please do not go to the school.Other Review2y ago10 Reviews - P.S. 169 Bay Terrace

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI can not expect good learning from this school specially in 4th grade. They don't teach much and doesn't help kids learn and just complain. They are spoiled to expect kids learn and work mostly from parents at home. I am sending my kid to school learn but this school failed my expectation.Parent Review3y ago19 Reviews - World Journalism Preparatory: A College Board School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageTeachers and administration need a serious review by DOE. They don’t care about children well being, education and their emotions. Very confusing messages promoted by the teacher, specially for kids who get accepted in better high schools. The teachers say things like “why to care about the grade, you are not going to go anywhere”. Vague messages about certain work not needed, then they penalize the kid for not doing it. Mixing students grades and claim this can’t be corrected in the DOE portal. Some teachers don’t believe in exams, and give their students high grades, while other teachers in other classes and same subject give extra work and tough tests and fail their kids. A teacher teaching her nephew and the kid gets an award in the subject end of year. Completely strange school and (no)system. The kids don’t respect the principal, making fun of her name and accent and make her cry. What an educational environment.Parent Review10mo ago17 Reviews - Check out schools near 2325 Bell Blvd #1-0-1B.
