House is located 2 miles from the base of the Wasatch Mountains and the mouth of the Ogden canyon. 20-30 mile you can be fishing, boating, skiing, or in the mountains hiking in the woods. The house is 35 minutes to down town Salt Lake City or 15 minutes to down Ogden, and 50 minutes from Park City.

    "There are a lot of fenced yards, both front and back. Many of the homes are dog friendly with nearby dog parks. However, there are also a lot of owners that let their dogs run leash free on their walks that do not have good recall. There are also a lot of dogs that jump fences when they’re larger breeds and the fences are not high enough for them and can cause territorial issues. My smaller dog has been attacked several times in her own yard. "

    "I would guess about 1/2 of the people here have dogs. They’re all very friendly. We have an HOA that requires they be on a leash and owners must clean up all dog poop. Everyone seems to follow the rules very well. I don’t personally have a dog but I don’t mind any of the dogs being outside. I can never hear dogs barking from inside my house, I can only hear a dog if I’m outside at the same time as the dog or have windows opened. "
