Two additional built-in and well-organized closets are by the entrance and in-between living room and the bedrooms. The kitchen is an Italian style white with many many cabinets. It has two sinks, quality stainless steel appliances (counter-depth fridge and dishwasher are Electrolux, and the gas range with convectional oven is Bosch, plus an under-counter wine cooler and a professional hood). By the kitchen, there is a dining room by near a window. Living room is large enough to be logically partitioned if necessary. All windows are double Anderson. Payouts of both bathrooms and the kitchen was done by a designer. Each room has its own split level soundless Fujitsu A/C - something you usually do not find in apartments for rent. Finally, you also have a front porch large enough to put there a couch with a couple of chairs and a table, also with a clear awning. Driveway is available. BM3 express bus to Manhattan is less than a block away. B/Q lines are the closest, plus local buses. Plenty of stores around, some of them work 24/7.     "Sheepshead Bay is a great place to raise a family, depending on what area you are in… It can change from beautiful and well maintained, and then four blocks later it can look like a completely different neighborhood… I would not allow my children out to late at night as there are some bars around the neighborhood and the restaurants people do come from other places to eat there, but the crowd can change quickly. Otherwise most of sheepshead Bay is a great neighborhood. I would visit at night before I actually moved in to that particular home on that particular block."
