All the convenience of being walkable and bikeable alongside free street parking and garage parking.

The adjoining townhouse is owner-occupied and the owner manages the entire property directly.

Townhome is occupied. Do not disturb tenants. In-person tours are not available.

REQUIREMENTS: Applicants should have a household income of 2.5x monthly rent, minimum 680 credit score and no evictions/felonies. No smoking anywhere on the property. All applicants will be subject to a background and credit check as part of the online application process. Zillow collects all fees and applications.

Lease Terms: Fully furnished. ALL utilities and Wi-Fi included in rent, as well as detached garage parking. Available for minimum 3-month stay, with shorter stays considered case-by-case, option to extend. The refundable security deposit scales to full month's rent for 1 year lease. Deposit is due at lease signing to lock in dates. First month's rent, $125 cleaning fee, and non-refundable pet deposit ($150 per pet), if applicable is due the day before move-in. Well-behaved and quiet pets are considered case-by-case with a maximum of two pets. Renter's insurance required. All tenants will be enrolled in a free online payment system.
