Application fees for applications that are declined for reasons not stated above will be mailed to the applicant?s current address as stated on the application within ten business days of application?s rejection along with appropriate documentation. Application fees will not be refunded for failure to meet the above criteria or for providing false information on the application.
Only complete applications will be screened; screening is done on a first-submitted, first-screened basis. Income verification will be performed during the screening process for individuals listing employment as a source of income. Proof of income not derived from employment is required prior to screening. Examples of such proof include, but are not limited to, social security benefit statements, assistance benefit statements, and etc.
NOTICE REGARDING APPLICATION CRITERIA
If your credit record is of concern to you, especially because of foreclosure issues, your application to rent this property will still be considered if you are willing to pay a security deposit equal to $1350.00. THIS ALTERNATIVE IS ONLY AVAILABLE IF ALL OTHER BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS ARE MET.
